Montréal Mailbox is founded and owned in Canada. We're not a mailbox franchise or a distant call centre — we're a small Montreal team looking after your mail from a real, staffed office in Griffintown.

How it started

Montréal Mailbox grew out of a real workspace. Since 2019 we have run a staffed office at 109-2727 rue Saint-Patrick, on the Lachine Canal in Griffintown — the kind of address a business is proud to put on a card.

Companies kept asking the same thing: could they use our address for their registration and have us handle their mail? Founders working from home, businesses new to Montreal, people who simply didn't want their home address on the public record. So we built a proper service around it — a secure portal, a photo of every envelope, and staff who actually know your name.

Today that service is Montréal Mailbox: a professional business address, mail handled by people down the hall, and your privacy protected under Quebec's Law 25.

We share our address and our team with 2727 Coworking, our sister company — the Griffintown coworking space at 109-2727 rue Saint-Patrick. It's their staffed front desk that receives and looks after your mail.
