We receive your mail
Our staff receive your letters at the suite and store them securely. We do not accept packages or mail that needs a signature.
We notify you
When your mail is received, we notify you, add a photo of the envelope to your portal, and AI sums up in one line who the letter is from — without opening it. On the scanning plan, you also get the scanned contents online. Mail received outside business hours is processed the next business day.
You pick it up on site
Book an appointment and collect your mail in person, with a government-issued photo ID, during concierge hours. Mail left uncollected after 6 months may be discarded, unless we agree in advance to hold it longer.
Every account gets a secure web portal.
Every envelope is photographed the moment it arrives, and AI gives you the gist — who the letter is from and what it is about — without opening it. That is included on every plan, from the simplest to the most complete. Upgrade to a scanning plan and we open the envelope: view and download the contents online.
- A photo of the envelope for every item — every plan

What is a virtual mailbox and business address?
A real Montreal street address where we receive your business mail. We notify you and add a photo of the envelope to your online portal; you pick it up in person, or add scanning to read the contents online.
Can I use this as my company's registered office (siège social)?
Yes. You file 109-2727 rue Saint-Patrick as your elected domicile with the Registraire des entreprises du Québec. Because it is a staffed street address and not a post office box, the REQ accepts it.
I'm a non-resident or foreign founder — can I use it to incorporate in Quebec?
Yes. Non-residents commonly use our address as the Quebec domicile for incorporation and REQ registration. You remain responsible for your own filings; this site describes the service and is not legal or incorporation advice.
Is it a real street address or a post office box?
A real staffed suite at 109-2727 rue Saint-Patrick, with your own account — not a PO box. A box is an unattended slot the REQ refuses; ours is a real address where a person receives your mail.
What mail do you accept?
Standard letter mail addressed to the names on your account. We do not accept packages or parcels, and we do not sign for mail — anything requiring a signature is returned to the carrier.
How do I get my mail?
We notify you and add an envelope photo to your portal. Pick it up in person, by appointment, during concierge hours (Monday–Friday 8:00–12:00, Saturday 9:00–11:00), with a government-issued photo ID. On a scanning plan, we also scan the contents so you can read and download them online.
Do you forward mail?
No. All mail is collected in person at our location; we do not forward mail. The scanning plans let you read your mail online instead.
How does scanning work?
On the scanning plans we open and scan your mail (up to 15 pages per document; extra pages are $0.15 each), viewable and downloadable in your portal, with a quick AI-generated summary. The base Mailbox plan includes a photo of every envelope but not content scanning.
How much mail is included each month?
40 items on Mailbox, 75 on Mailbox + Scanning, 150 on Virtual Address, and 250 on Virtual Office. Beyond your allowance, extra items are $0.20–$0.25 each.
How many names can receive mail at my address?
Up to 3 (Mailbox), 4 (Mailbox + Scanning), or 6 (Virtual Address / Virtual Office) authorized names. Keep them up to date — we only accept mail addressed to names on your account.
Do I have to verify my identity?
Yes. We require a valid government-issued photo ID for the account holder, and we release mail only to the authorized names on your account.
Can I use the address for a bank account or Google Business Profile?
You can list it as your business address. Acceptance is up to each bank or platform and their own policies; we don't guarantee it, and we don't provide address verification for Google Business Profile.
How is my private information protected?
We handle your information under Quebec's Law 25, with a designated person responsible for the protection of personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long do you keep my mail?
Up to 6 months. After that, uncollected mail may be returned to sender or securely discarded, unless we've agreed to hold it longer — so please collect regularly.
Can I cancel anytime, and are taxes included?
Plans are monthly or prepaid yearly; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current paid period. Prices are in Canadian dollars before GST and QST, which are added at checkout.
